Bach Flower Remedies
What happens during a Bach Flower Remedy Consultation?
If we are in distress it can be very difficult to connect with the world around us. How we feel emotionally about the things that happen in our lives can have a direct impact on how we function.
During a Bach Remedy consultation the Practitioner will listen to your problems and establish how you are feeling about where you are at in your life. Your knowledge of your feelings about your particular situation will guide the Practitioner to use their skills and knowledge of the Flower Remedies to prepare a mixture of Remedies for you.
This will be taken over a three to four week period. Progress varies with each individual but more than one session is usually required.
All Trellis Trust Bach Flower Remedy Practitioners are registered with the Dr Edward Bach Foundation.
Dr Edward Bach, a Harley Street Physician was a firm believer in the link between emotional health and physical wellbeing. He discovered the Bach Flower Remedies before his death in 1936. The Remedies are safe to use and will not affect any other medication.
